- Build trust with patients and support treatment acceptance decisions.
- Coordinate insurance, estimates, and financial arrangements.
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communication.
- Support front desk operations and daily clinical flow.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous treatment coordination or strong dental admin experience.
- High attention to detail, organized and reliable.
- Strong English communication skills (professional verbal & written).
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and treatment value.
- Takes ownership and elevates patient experience.
What We Offer:
- $30–$40/hour, based on experience (flexible for the right candidate).
- Supportive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
- Long-term opportunity within a stable, growing practice.
- Opportunity for growth into advanced patient coordination responsibilities.
- Health/Dental Benefits.
If you enjoy building genuine relationships with patients and being part of a supportive, family-oriented team, we would love to hear from you.
